Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
- Source and identify suitable talent through various recruitment channels
- Develop and explore new sourcing methods to attract quality talent
- Screen and shortlist applicants based on job requirements
- Conduct interviews and assessments
- Perform background and reference checks for shortlisted applicants
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with applicants throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and application status
- Keep applicants informed throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with other recruitment-related activities and projects as required
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or any equivalent field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong interpersonal and people skills
- Able to identify and assess suitable talent across different disciplines
- Fast learner, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow
