Job Description

• Maintain and organize files, records, and documents with accuracy and efficiency.
• Update databases and ensure all information is current and properly recorded.
• Prepare reports and manage data updates as required.
• Respond to inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate departments.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new staff members.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and various departments.
• Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and daily task processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• SPM or Diploma with minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Able to work independently with initiative.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to meet deadlines.
