Job Description

• Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement of candidates 
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and candidates, ensuring clear and timely communication 
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ suitability and cultural fit 
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs 
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions 
• Coordinate interview arrangements and follow up with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the recruitment system

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment is required 
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and act as a liaison between clients and candidates
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia 
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence to engage effectively with clients and candidates 
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage priorities with minimal supervision 
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
