What You'll Be Doing
✔ Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending suitable candidates.
✔ Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and deliver quality talent.
✔ Prepare and publish job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.
✔ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
✔ Coordinate interviews, maintain accurate recruitment records, and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
✔ Build lasting relationships with candidates and support onboarding for successful placements.

Job Requirements

.What We're Looking For
🎓 Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
✅ Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (agency recruitment is an advantage).
✅ Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
✅ Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and networking.
✅ Well-organised, able to manage multiple vacancies, and work independently with minimal supervision.
