Job Description
Employment Duration: Contract (Renewable Based on Performance)
Working Days: 45 Hours per week (rotational including weekends and PH)
Working Hours: Retail Operating Hours (Depending on Store Operating Hours)
Available Locations:
- Giant Seri Kembangan
- Giant Shah Alam
- Giant Kinrara
- Giant Putra Heights
Monthly Salary:
- Basic Salary: RM 2,300 + High Incentives: Based on Sales Performance (Up to RM 2,000)
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service by assisting customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable items and accessories.
- Achieve individual and sales targets while actively promoting products and value-added services.
- Develop strong product knowledge items, grading standards, and warranty terms to confidently educate customers.
- Handle sales transactions accurately (cash, card, e-wallet) and ensure proper documentation in compliance with company SOPs.
- Maintain outlet cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and assist in stock management, inventory checks, and daily reporting.
Job Requirements
- SPM/Diploma/Degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in sales/telesales/customer service, with a good sales record.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Melayu.
- Customer-oriented, sales-driven, and presentable.
- MUST be willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
