Job Description
Position: Route Coordinator
Salary: up to RM 2300 + RM 100 (Mobile Allowance) + Overtime
Working Location: Puchong, Selangor
Tenure: 3-6 Months Contract (Renewable based on performance)
Job Description:
- Monitor all Courier’s day-to-day pickup from sellers, ensure Couriers complete 100% of pickup assigned to routes daily, packages picked up are free from damage, complete handover of packages to sortation.
- Assign pickup sellers to correct Couriers routes and dispatch Run Sheets to couriers on time to ensure Couriers are able to perform pickup scan using their handheld device.
- To update daily real time pickup information in the daily pickup tracker while ensuring all pickups assigned to courier are completed at scheduled time.
- Follow up and call Couriers if there is delay in planned pickup & also communicate with Sellers if delay is anticipated to ensure sellers are made aware of any delay in pickup anticipated.
Job Requirements
- SPM/Diploma/ Degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year related working experience is required.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Flexible schedule required.
- Strong knowledge of local area and roads.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
