Position: Senior Recruiter

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor (Near to USJ 7 LRT Station)

Position Overview

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and placement. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and other recruitment channels
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable candidates

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 year of end to end recruitment experience is a MUST
• Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Highly motivated, organized, and target-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment
