Employment Duration: Contract (Renewable Based on Performance)

Working Days: 5 days per week (rotational including weekends and PH)

Working Hours: Retail Operating Hours (Depending on Store Operating Hours) 

Available Locations:

• KLCC
• The Exchange TRX
• Eko Cheras
• Selayang
• Midvalley Gardens
• NU Sentral 
• Sunway Velocity

Monthly Salary:

• Basic Salary: RM 2,200 - RM 2,500
• Shift Allowance: RM 5 - RM 15 per day (Depending on Schedule)
• Mobile Allowance: RM 200 
• High Incentives: Based on Sales Performance

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers, present, and promote telco's products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Responsible for generating leads to acquire new customers.
• Actively involved in roadshows, events, and any promotional activities arranged and set by the company.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales target and outcome within the schedule.

Job Requirements

• SPM, Diploma or Bachelor Degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in sales/telesales/customer service, with a good sales record.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Melayu.
• Customer-oriented, sales-driven, and presentable.
• MUST be willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holiday
• Possess own transport is an added advantage.
• Must be fully vaccinated.
