Position: Warehouse Admin Specialist

Working Location: Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur

Working Days/ Hours: Monday to Friday / 8.30am - 5.30pm

Employment Type: Renewable 3 to 12 Months Contract

Job Description:

• Review shipment releases and verify Critical Order status.
• Coordinate with Warehouse & Yard teams to resolve shipment-related issues.
• Download Air Waybills (AWB) and Commercial Invoice & Packing List (CIPL) for courier shipments and distribute documentation to Warehouse & Yard teams and co-packers.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Control Tower and Warehouse & Yard teams to resolve system issues, technical problems and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with Country Logistics and Warehouse & Yard teams to obtain Proof of Delivery (POD) for Goods Receipt processing.
• Run SAP shipping reports and verify that load-ended shipments are successfully transferred into the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Coordinate with the Control Tower to ensure export processes are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Support domestic shipment activities when required.
• Monitor daily pickup coordination between the Control Tower and Warehouse & Yard teams.
• Perform additional warehouse coordination duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or any related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations
• Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin to communicate with customers and business counterparts in China.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. . 
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and shipment coordination.
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
