Warehouse Supervisor

Work Location: Port Klang, Selangor
Salary: RM6,000 – RM7,500 per month

Intelek Talent Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor on behalf of our MNC client based in Port Klang. This is an excellent opportunity to lead warehouse operations while driving operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do
✔ Lead daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock accuracy.
✔ Coordinate production planning to meet customer demand and on-time delivery targets.
✔ Manage import, export, warehousing, and transportation activities.
✔ Monitor slow-moving, rejected, and scrap materials while optimizing inventory levels.
✔ Ensure compliance with HSE, ISO/IATF standards, and company policies.
✔ Drive Lean, VEP, and continuous improvement initiatives.
✔ Lead, coach, and develop warehouse personnel to achieve operational excellence.

Job Requirements

Requirements
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
✅ Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Warehouse Operations.
✅ Hands-on experience in production planning, warehouse management, import & export, and transportation.
✅ Experience in the chemical or plastics manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
✅ Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
✅ Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
