What you will be doing:

• Support daily HR operations, including employee records management and HR administration 
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience 
• Maintain and organize HR documents such as contracts, letters, and internal records 
• Coordinate internal communications and employee-related matters 
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines 
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal activities 
• Handle general HR inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team 
• Assist with reporting, data tracking, and maintaining HR databases
   

Job Requirements

•  Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in human resources, recruitment, and people management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
•  Able to commit to an internship based in Puchong.
