You’ll be working closely with a dynamic team to bring campaigns to life — from planning to execution — while learning how real marketing operations run behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and contests
- Assist in developing campaign mechanics, timelines & T&Cs
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, customer service, fulfilment) to ensure smooth execution
- Manage campaign tracking, participant data & reporting sheets
- Support winner selection, validation & prize fulfilment processes
- Handle customer enquiries and ensure a smooth participant experience
- Assist in preparing campaign reports, insights & post-campaign analysis
- Identify issues during execution and support improvements in workflow/process
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
- Fresh graduates or up to 3 years of experience
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Comfortable handling data (Google Sheets / Excel)
- Good communication skills (English required; BM/Chinese is a plus)
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
