What You'll Be Doing

You'll be a core part of our warehouse floor team, keeping daily operations running smoothly from the moment stock arrives to the moment parcels leave our doors.

• Pick & Pack orders accurately using digital pick-lists (PDA), following brand-specific packing standards that make unboxing feel special
• Receive & Sort Inbound Stock — unload delivery trucks and verify physical counts against delivery notes
• Maintain Inventory Accuracy — put-away stock into the correct bins/slots and assist with daily cycle counts (we target 99.7% accuracy)
• Handle Cold Chain Goods (where applicable) — fast-load and unload chiller/frozen items to protect product integrity
• Sort Outgoing Parcels by carrier (J&T, NinjaVan, Shopee Xpress) to ensure clean handovers to riders
• Uphold 5S Standards — keep your workspace clean, clear empty pallets and packaging waste promptly, and contribute to a safe environment

Job Requirements

•  Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or retail setting — fresh graduates and school leavers with the right attitude are welcome to apply
• Physically fit: able to stand for extended periods, walk long distances across a shift, and lift up to 15–20kg
• Comfortable operating a smartphone or handheld scanner
• Disciplined, punctual, and detail-oriented — you understand that picking the wrong size or colour has real consequences
