We are looking for a hands-on and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth order fulfilment.

You will be responsible for supervising the warehouse team, coordinating inbound and outbound activities, and ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving, picking, packing and dispatch operations
• Supervise and coordinate Picker / Packer team
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and within the required timeline
• Support fulfilment of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other e-commerce orders
• Monitor stock movement, storage and warehouse organisation
• Coordinate courier and delivery arrangements
• Maintain basic warehouse records and reports using Microsoft Excel
• Monitor staff productivity and daily workload
• Ensure warehouse SOPs and operational procedures are followed
• Handle and resolve day-to-day warehouse operational issues

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant warehouse / fulfilment / logistics experience preferred
• Experience in B2C or e-commerce warehouse operations is an advantage
• Familiar with picking, packing, dispatch and inventory processes
• Previous experience supervising or leading warehouse staff preferred
• Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skills
• Hands-on, organised and able to solve operational issues
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Able to communicate in Mandarin is preferred
• Possess a driving licence and able to drive is an advantage
