We’re looking for a skilled and reliable professional to oversee our financial operations and support our administrative functions. If you have a solid background in accounting, finance, and office management, and take pride in accuracy and efficiency, we’d love to hear from you!
<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>
📊 Full Set of Accounts – Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Cash Flow.
🗂 Financial Record-Keeping – Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation.
💸 Accounts Payable &amp; Receivable – Handle invoicing, payments, collections, and reconciliations.
🧾 Tax Compliance – Support tax preparation and ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
📈 Financial Reporting – Prepare timely financial reports and provide insights to support business decisions.
🏦 Liaison with Institutions – Communicate with banks, statutory bodies, auditors, and subsidiaries.
🧑‍💼 Administrative Support – Assist with office operations, filing, data entry, and coordination of internal processes.
📅 General Office Management – Help manage schedules, documentation, supplier communications, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
