Job Description

We are looking for a Creative Designer who is strong in both concept creation and Design Development.

This is not a role for someone who only produces attractive mood boards. We want a designer who can understand a brief, create a compelling idea, develop it into a strong spatial solution, and work closely with the technical team to ensure it can be built.

What you will do

• Develop concepts, narratives, layouts and material direction.
• Prepare strong client presentations and design stories.
• Carry approved concepts through Design Development.
• Work closely with technical, QS and project teams.
• Explore new materials, design ideas, AI tools and smarter workflows.
• Contribute ideas and take ownership of your work.

Job Requirements

You should have

• Strong commercial interior design experience minimum 7years or more. 
• A portfolio showing original concept thinking and DD capability.
• Strong space-planning,SketchUp and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of materials, proportions, detailing and buildability.
• Confidence presenting and explaining design ideas.
• A collaborative, curious and low-ego working style.
