Are you a highly skilled Drafter / Technical Designer with a strong background in interior design documentation? We are looking for a detail-oriented technical designer who specializes strictly in interior design drawings to support luxury commercial, residential, and hospitality projects. If your expertise lies in construction detailing, joinery drawings, and technical coordination for interior works, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities (Technical-Focused Role):

🔹 Technical Drawings & Documentation – Prepare detailed interior construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings, including layouts, sections, elevations, and details.

🔹 Joinery & Detailing – Produce accurate joinery details, built-in furniture drawings, and finishing details in accordance with design intent and site conditions.

🔹 Interior Specifications – Assist in preparing material schedules, finish schedules, and interior specifications for flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, and FF&E.

🔹 Coordination Drawings – Coordinate interior drawings with consultants, contractors, M&E layouts, and site requirements to avoid clashes and ensure buildability.

🔹 Technical Revisions – Update drawings based on design changes, site feedback, and consultant inputs. Maintain proper version control and documentation standards.

🔹 Site Support – Attend site meetings when required, verify site measurements, and provide technical support to resolve drawing or construction issues.

🔹 Quality Control – Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, building regulations, and internal technical guidelines.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or equivalent (interior design background only).
✔️ Minimum 3–7 years of experience in interior design drafting and technical documentation.
✔️ Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3D tools is an advantage.
✔️ Excellent knowledge of interior detailing, joinery works, and finishing details.
✔️ Proven experience producing construction drawings, shop drawings, and coordination drawings for interior projects.
✔️ Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and interior construction methods.
✔️ Ability to read and interpret architectural and M&E drawings for coordination.
✔️ Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented with high technical accuracy.
✔️ Self-motivated, able to work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
✔️ Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with designers and site teams.
