Key Responsibilities (Based on Designer Experience and Level):

🔹 Concept Development – Research and create high-quality design concepts tailored to each project. Stay updated on trends, materials, and finishes.

🔹 Design & Documentation – Develop detailed drawings, space plans, mood boards, and material selections to meet client needs and aesthetic goals.

🔹 3D Visualization – Create realistic 3D renderings and illustrations to bring design concepts to life.

🔹 Project Coordination – Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth execution. Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

🔹 Technical & Execution – Prepare construction drawings, joinery details, and finishing specifications. Ensure seamless integration of furniture, lighting, and materials.

🔹 Site Supervision – Attend site meetings, track progress, and resolve design or technical issues effectively.

Job Requirements

 What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or equivalent (architecture background preferred).
✔️ 3-5 years of experience in interior design (commercial, residential, or hospitality projects).
✔️ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp Vray, 3D Studio Max, and Microsoft Office.
✔️ Strong knowledge of interior detailing, joinery works, and finishing details.
✔️ Experience in rendering, illustrations, and design visualization.
✔️ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Ability to multi-task, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines.
✔️ Meticulous, organized, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
