JOBSCOPE

• Monitor variation orders and assess work progress.
• Ensure cost efficiency and savings for all projects.
• Negotiate with clients, contractors, and vendors to secure the best deals.
• Conduct measurements and quantity take-offs.
• Attend site meetings and collaborate with project teams.
•  Prepare Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, variations, progress claims, and tenders for assigned projects.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Construction Management.
✔️ At least 5 years of experience in interior fit-out or interior design firms.
✔️ Proficiency in pre & post-contract administration.
✔️ Strong skills in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
✔️ Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Highly organized, meticulous, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
