We’re looking for an experienced professional to join our team and take charge of cost estimation, project budgeting, and contract administration. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for cost management, we want to hear from you! JOBSCOPE

<li>Monitor variation orders and assess work progress.</li>
<li>Ensure cost efficiency and savings for all projects.</li>
<li>Negotiate with clients, contractors, and vendors to secure the best deals.</li>
<li>Conduct measurements and quantity take-offs.</li>
<li>Attend site meetings and collaborate with project teams.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Prepare Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, variations, progress claims, and tenders for assigned projects. </li>
