We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer with over 10 years of experience, particularly in hotel and hospitality projects, to lead and deliver sophisticated, functional, and high-end interior spaces. Key Responsibilities (Senior-Level Role):

🔹 Design Leadership & Concept Development – Lead high-quality design concepts for hotel and hospitality projects. Drive creative direction, research trends, materials, and finishes, and ensure design excellence across all stages.

🔹 Design & Documentation – Oversee and develop detailed drawings, space planning, mood boards, and material selections aligned with brand standards, operational needs, and client objectives.

🔹 3D Visualization – Review and guide the production of realistic 3D renderings and illustrations to effectively communicate design intent.

🔹 Project Coordination – Lead coordination with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables at a senior level.

🔹 Technical & Execution – Prepare and review construction drawings, joinery details, and finishing specifications. Ensure seamless integration of FF&E, lighting, and materials, particularly for hotel environments.

🔹 Site Supervision – Attend site meetings, monitor progress, and resolve design or technical issues efficiently to maintain quality and timelines.

🔹 Team Mentorship – Guide and mentor junior designers, ensuring design standards, technical accuracy, and professional development.

Job Requirements

 What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent (architecture background preferred).
✔️ Minimum 10 years of experience in interior design, with strong hotel and hospitality project experience.
✔️ Proven leadership experience managing design teams and full project lifecycles.
✔️ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp V-Ray, 3D Studio Max, and Microsoft Office.
✔️ Strong knowledge of interior detailing, joinery works, hotel standards, and finishing details.
✔️ Extensive experience in rendering, illustrations, and design visualization.
✔️ Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
✔️ Meticulous, organized, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
