Ready to keep precision machines running at their best? Working with us at Internaxis Sdn Bhd, you'll join a hands-on service team that maintains and repairs CNC equipment for manufacturing clients, helping keep production lines reliable and safe.

As a Service Technician / Engineer, you will perform precise diagnostics, testing and execute preventive / corrective repairs to reduce downtime and boost machine performance.

Your Growth & Impact

• Advance practical CNC troubleshooting and repair skills through regular on-site diagnostics, testing, and hands-on maintenance work.
• Master preventive and corrective maintenance practices, including systematic fault diagnosis and accurate testing, to improve machine uptime.
• Expand your technical experience by working across different CNC models and collaborating with operators and engineers on real-world fixes.
• Build measurable outcomes by documenting repairs, test results, and uptime improvements that demonstrate your impact.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience 

• Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. 
• 1 to 3 years experience in CNC machine servicing, maintenance, repair, or technical support; fresh graduates will be considered for junior roles. 

Work Requirements 

• Practical, customer-focused attitude with willingness to attend on-site service calls and collaborate with operators and engineers.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Responsible, punctual and safety conscious.
• Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Melayu. Knowledge in spoken and written Chinese will be an added advantage.
