Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager Executive to join our growing team in the office furniture industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding our market presence, and building strong, long-term client relationships. You will play a key role in helping clients create productive and inspiring workplaces through our wide range of office furniture solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, designers, and contractors
  • Understand customer needs and propose tailored office furniture solutions
  • Work closely with the project and design team to deliver value-added proposals
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth 


Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research
  • Proven experience in sales or business development (advantage if from office furniture, interior design, or related industry)
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with architects, designers, project managers, corporate clients, and contractors
  • Understand customer needs and provide consultative solutions from our office furniture range
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, tenders, and quotations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, procurement, logistics) to ensure timely and accurate project execution
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and client database systems
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the brand and generate leads
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and product innovations
