Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Account Management Intern, where you'll gain invaluable experience managing client accounts, analyzing campaign performance, and contributing to the operational efficiency of our organization. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, setting a strong foundation for your career in account management.

  • Maintain and update client budget tracker with accurate forecasts and actuals.
  • Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders to prevent unnecessary budget overruns.
  • Regularly monitor campaigns to identify performance trends or irregularities.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and optimize outcomes.
  • Review and approve new publishers for campaigns efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure publisher onboarding aligns with organizational goals and standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to update and validate commission structures.
  • Ensure all commission-related data is accurate and well-documented.
  • Approve, pause, or adjust campaigns based on performance data and strategic objectives.
  • Ensure the latest offerings are accurately reflected in all active campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a background in Business Management or equivalent. Final Year Students in the last semester will be preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • A self-starter with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to work with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (proficiency in additional languages is an advantage)
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
