As a Live Admin you will support our live streaming sessions by managing the technical setup, coordinating with hosts, and ensuring smooth live operations. You’ll also handle product listing, order updates, and customer interactions during live sessions. This role is ideal for someone organized, quick-thinking, and familiar with e-commerce live platforms.

Job Responsibilities (JR)

• Assist live hosts before, during, and after live streaming sessions
• Manage product listing, pricing, and order updates on the live platform
• Monitor comment sections, reply to inquiries, and pin key messages during live sessions
• Coordinate with the content and warehouse teams to ensure product availability
• Track live performance, sales, and viewer engagement
• Ensure all live sessions run smoothly with minimal technical issues
• Prepare live streaming setup (lighting, camera, audio, etc.)
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during broadcasts

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
• Passionate about live streaming, social media, and e-commerce
• Basic knowledge of TikTok, Shopee Live, or other online selling platforms
• Good communication and multitasking skills
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
