The part you will play

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Communications & Engagement Intern to support our regional People team in driving internal communications, culture initiatives, and employee engagement across our six-country footprint. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, community building, and creating impactful employee experiences, and who is excited to contribute ideas and initiatives that the regional team can shape and implement together. For the right candidate, the internship could lead to a full-time opportunity.

As a Communication & Employee Engagement Intern, you will take charge of 

  • Support the regional People team in planning and coordinating company-wide internal communication initiatives (newsletters, announcements, campaigns, and events), rather than owning them end-to-end.​
  • Draft and design engaging content and digital assets for internal platforms (emails, Slack/Workplace, intranet, etc.) for review and refinement by the regional team.​
  • Assist in organizing quarterly engagement programs, cultural celebrations, and regional events (both virtual and onsite), including proposing concepts and activities that the team can further develop.​
  • Partner with HR and country teams to support tracking of engagement activities and measurement of impact, maintaining accurate and timely data for the regional dashboards.​
  • Help maintain and update the internal communication calendar and employee engagement dashboard, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and timelines.​
  • Act as a culture ambassador by surfacing stories, ideas, and recognition opportunities to the regional team, who will then amplify these across the organization.​
  • Support employer branding content for social media and recruitment campaigns by preparing drafts, ideas, and assets for the team’s review and finalisation as needed.

Job Requirements

 What we are looking for - the ideal profile

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, Psychology, or a related field.​
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills; hands-on with Canva or similar design tools.​
  • Passionate about people, culture, and storytelling, with the confidence to suggest new ideas and initiatives even when not leading them directly.​
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working across multiple time zones and cultures.​
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks while working under the guidance of the regional team.​
  • Experience in student-led organizations, event planning, or social media management is a plus.
