The team you will be part of
The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results. As part of Intrepid’s end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.
As a Live Host, you will take charge of
- Responsible for conducting LIVE Streaming as a Host on various online platforms (not limited to TikTok, Lazada & Shopee) on a daily basis, including weekends.
- To introduce, promote and demonstrate various brand products such as during LIVE Streaming within guidelines provided.
- To interact and engage with online audiences in a professional manner and respond to enquiries during LIVE Streaming.
- Proactively encourage online audiences to find out, explore and browse the brand products and subsequently proceed to make an online purchase during LIVE Streaming.
- Encourage audience participation by presenting interactive activities, challenges and giveaways during LIVE Streaming.
Job Requirements
What we are looking for - the ideal profile
- Prior experience in hosting live social media events
- The host should have prior experience in hosting and possess technical knowledge in the health and beauty category.
- The host must be fluent in both Mandarin and English (must have).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to captivate audiences
- Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia speaking is a requirement for this role.
- The ideal candidate should possess a fun, energetic, and confident personality.
