ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is ideal for individuals who want to start building a consulting career in finance transformation.

As a Consultant, you will work at the intersection of Finance and IT, helping clients streamline and automate their planning, reporting and closing processes using CCH Tagetik. You will learn how to translate business needs into system designs, support implementation activities, and develop expertise that will position you for long-term growth in finance transformation consulting. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Assist in designing, configuring, and implementing CCH Tagetik solutions across various finance processes (planning, reporting, close, analysis).

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications under guidance from senior consultants.

- Work collaboratively within project teams and engage with global clients across industries.

- Support workshops, requirement gathering, testing, user training and system demonstrations.

- Prepare project documentation such as user guides, test scripts, and process flows.

- Continuously build your knowledge of CPM best practices, finance processes, and system functionalities.

- Contribute creative ideas and solutions to help clients improve efficiency and accuracy within their finance operations.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.

- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel. 

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and spoken English.

- Proactive attitude, curiosity to learn, and willingness to explore technical solutions.

- Willingness to travel when required.

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience in finance, audit, advisory, or financial reporting (Big 4 experience is a plus).

- Exposure to finance transformation or system implementation projects.

- Knowledge of financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, reporting, or month-end close.

- Interest or basic knowledge in SQL.

- Familiarity with IFRS concepts.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or a related field

- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW or equivalents are highly preferred
