Key Responsibilities

<li>Set the technical &amp; regulatory orientation and the objectives to be achieved in accordance with the company's strategy in the country and abroad.</li>
<li>Plan and organise the activities/projects/studies of the technical &amp; regulatory action plan (human, budgetary, technical, informational resources) in conjunction with the relevant departments.</li>
<li>Organise, plan and draft the procedures inherent in regulatory affairs activities. - Update existing files, in accordance with the legislation in force.</li>
<li>Process and/or control regulatory dossiers.</li>
<li>Deliver and share results and research (reports, briefing notes, etc.) with ancillary departments (development, production, quality, communication, sales, marketing) in terms of regulatory aspects.</li>
<li>Guarantee the traceability and archiving of regulatory documents.</li>
<li>Maintain, develop and monitor relations with the authorities, partners and subsidiaries.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Represent the company in dealings with the competent authorities.</li>
<li>Monitor regulatory, scientific and technological developments on a national and international scale&nbsp;</li>
<li>Control and report on his/her activities and results to his/her supervisors on a regular basis.</li>
