Job Description

  

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the technical & regulatory orientation and the objectives to be achieved in accordance with the company's strategy in the country and abroad.
  • Plan and organise the activities/projects/studies of the technical & regulatory action plan (human, budgetary, technical, informational resources) in conjunction with the relevant departments.
  • Organise, plan and draft the procedures inherent in regulatory affairs activities. - Update existing files, in accordance with the legislation in force.
  • Process and/or control regulatory dossiers.
  • Deliver and share results and research (reports, briefing notes, etc.) with ancillary departments (development, production, quality, communication, sales, marketing) in terms of regulatory aspects.
  • Guarantee the traceability and archiving of regulatory documents.
  • Maintain, develop and monitor relations with the authorities, partners and subsidiaries. 
  • Represent the company in dealings with the competent authorities.
  • Monitor regulatory, scientific and technological developments on a national and international scale 
  • Control and report on his/her activities and results to his/her supervisors on a regular basis.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering
  • Good communication, reading, writing skills
  • Mandarin – Compulsory
  • English - Compulsory
