💼 What You’ll Be Doing | 工作内容： 

A. Outreach & Client Support (外联与客户支持)

• Reminder Calls: Make reminder calls to invited guests for upcoming company webinars.
  (致电受邀嘉宾，提醒他们参加我们即将举行的线上研讨会。)
• Inquiry Management: Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries via WhatsApp and social media DMs.
  (负责及时且专业地回复客户在 WhatsApp 以及社交媒体私信上的咨询。)
• Client Onboarding & Follow-ups: Assist with new client onboarding processes and execute post-event follow-up activities.
  (协助新客户的入驻对接流程，并执行活动后的跟进与联系工作。)
• Database Maintenance: Keep contact lists and attendee records systematically updated.
  (系统化地更新并维护客户联系人列表和参会人员记录。)

B. Events & Workshops (活动与工作坊统筹)

• On-site Assistance: Provide on-site support at physical events and workshops, including setup, registration, and guest support.
  (协助实体活动与工作坊的现场工作——包括场地布置、签到登记以及嘉宾接待支持。)
• Webinar Tech Support: Support webinar technical operations, such as Zoom setup, admitting participants, and managing the chat box.
  (负责线上研讨会的技术支持——如 Zoom 软件设置、批准参与者入会以及维护聊天室秩序。)
• Material Preparation: Help prepare and organize necessary event materials, including name tags, presentation slides, and handouts.
  (协助准备和整理活动所需材料——如名牌、演讲简报、讲义及相关宣传资料。)
• Feedback Collection: Collect attendee feedback and conduct post-event surveys for continuous improvement.
  (负责收集参会人员反馈，并执行活动后的问卷调查，以协助优化后续活动。)

Job Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing or possessing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Event Management, or any related field.
  (目前正修读或持有 市场营销、大众传播、工商管理、活动管理 或任何相关领域的文凭/学位。)
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) to handle inquiries and interact with guests.
  (具备良好的中英文沟通与书写能力，以便处理客户咨询与嘉宾互动。)
• Tech-Savvy: Familiar with social media platforms and basic online meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).

• Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, with a willing-to-learn attitude and a strong team-player mindset.

• Flexibility: Willing to assist in both digital (webinars) and physical on-site events when required.
