Overview of the Role:

The Validation Associate is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating data, documents, or processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational integrity and supporting business functions through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform validation and verification of data, documents, or transactions according to company standards and procedures
• Identify discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies and take appropriate corrective actions
• Ensure all validations are completed within defined timelines and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Maintain accurate records of validation activities and outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve validation processes
• Follow compliance, regulatory, and company policies during all validation activities
• Provide feedback on process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (experience in validation, data entry, or QA is an advantage)
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Adaptable to fast-changing environments and evolving job scopes
• Willingness to accept relocation, role changes, or reassignment based on business needs
