About the Role

We are looking for a driven and creative Marketing Intern to join our team for a minimum of 3-month placement. This is a hands-on role designed for someone who wants to build real, practical marketing skills — not just observe from the sidelines. You will contribute to live campaigns, produce content, and work alongside experienced marketers who will invest in your development.

What You Will Do

•  Write creative copy for campaigns, social media, and digital assets in both English and Mandarin
•  Assist in the day-to-day operations of digital advertising campaigns
•  Support the production of social media content, including drafting posts and creating basic visual assets
•  Analyse campaign performance data and assist in compiling reports
•  Contribute ideas and help execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels

What You Will Learn

By the end of this internship, you will have gained practical exposure to:

•  Ad operations and media buying — how digital campaigns are planned, executed, and optimised across paid channels
•  Social media marketing — platform strategy, content planning, and what drives real audience engagement
•  AI-powered marketing — how to leverage AI tools to produce higher-quality work more efficiently
•  Data-driven decision making — how to interpret performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights

Job Requirements

What We Are Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
•  Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
•  A natural flair for writing — you can craft copy that is clear, engaging, and suited to the audience
•  Comfortable working with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express to produce simple visuals
•  Data-literate and comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic analytics
•  Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
