About the Role:

In this role, you will leverage your communication skills and online media expertise to drive impact for both new and existing businesses. As a key contributor, you will contribute strategically to revenue. Key Responsibilities:

1) Publisher Recruitment: 

• Identify, source, and qualify publishers (content, social, media buyers, communities, cashback, and other distribution partners.) aligned with specific advertiser objectives and verticals.
• Match publishers to advertiser requirements (traffic source, audience, geography, content type, scale).
• Build and maintain a structured pipeline of potential publishers.

2) Onboarding & Activation:

• Facilitate end-to-end onboarding of new publishers, ensuring fast time-to-first-click and first conversion. 
• Educate publishers on Involve Asia tools, tracking, creatives, and campaign mechanics.

3) Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with Advertiser Solutions and Marketing to align recruitment priorities. 
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders from operational teams to senior leadership.

4) Performance Monitoring

• Track publisher performance metrics (clicks, conversions, GMV, EPC).
• Identify underperforming or high-potential publishers and recommend optimization actions.
• Share insights and feedback loops with internal teams to improve campaign outcomes.

5) Opportunity Identification & Engagement Growth

• Identify upsell or expansion opportunities (exclusive partnerships, campaign pushes, special placements). 
• Proactively deepen publisher engagement through campaigns, incentives, and strategic collaborations. 
• Contribute ideas to improve publisher retention and long-term activity on the platform.

Job Requirements

• Adaptability & Drive: Self-motivation, high adaptability, and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Data Analysis: Ability to comprehend and interpret business data and metrics effectively.
