About the Role:
At Involve Asia, we specialize in connecting businesses of all sizes with a global network of content creators and affiliates, enabling them to realize their full potential. In this role, you will leverage your communication skills and online media expertise to drive impact for both new and existing businesses. As a key contributor, you will contribute strategically to revenue.  Key Responsibilities: 1) Publisher Recruitment:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Identify, source, and qualify publishers (content, social, media buyers, communities, cashback, and other distribution partners.) aligned with specific advertiser objectives and verticals.</li>
<li>Match publishers to advertiser requirements (traffic source, audience, geography, content type, scale).</li>
<li>Build and maintain a structured pipeline of potential publishers.</li>
</ul>
2) Onboarding &amp; Activation:
<ul>
<li>Facilitate end-to-end onboarding of new publishers, ensuring fast time-to-first-click and first conversion.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Educate publishers on Involve Asia tools, tracking, creatives, and campaign mechanics.</li>
</ul>
3) Collaboration &amp; Stakeholder Management:
<ul>
<li>Work closely with Advertiser Solutions and Marketing to align recruitment priorities.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with stakeholders from operational teams to senior leadership.</li>
</ul>
4) Performance Monitoring
<ul>
<li>Track publisher performance metrics (clicks, conversions, GMV, EPC).</li>
<li>Identify underperforming or high-potential publishers and recommend optimization actions.</li>
<li>Share insights and feedback loops with internal teams to improve campaign outcomes.</li>
</ul>
5) Opportunity Identification &amp; Engagement Growth
<ul>
<li>Identify upsell or expansion opportunities (exclusive partnerships, campaign pushes, special placements).&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proactively deepen publisher engagement through campaigns, incentives, and strategic collaborations.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Contribute ideas to improve publisher retention and long-term activity on the platform.</li>
</ul>
