We're on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our company’s marketing initiatives. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's identity, driving the recruitment of publishers to our platform, and spearheading campaigns to connect publishers with specific affiliate programs. Your mission is to amplify our presence, enhance our reputation, and grow our publisher base through innovative and strategic marketing efforts.
 What you’ll be doing:

<li>Brand Leadership: Craft and refine our brand strategy to establish and maintain a leading position in the affiliate marketing industry. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels </li>
<li>Publisher Recruitment: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract and onboard high-quality publishers to our platform, utilizing a mix of digital marketing techniques, events, and direct outreach. </li>
<li>Program Promotion: Collaborate with our affiliate managers to create compelling campaigns that highlight the benefits of specific affiliate programs, driving publisher interest, participation and, ultimately, revenue. </li>
<li>Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of engaging content that educates potential and existing publishers about affiliate marketing, our platform's features, and the advantages of our affiliate programs. </li>
<li>Data-Driven Marketing: Leverage analytics and data insights to guide marketing strategies, optimize campaign performance, and achieve recruitment targets. </li>
<li>Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, affiliate management, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing and brand development. </li>
<li>Industry Presence: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in media appearances, enhancing our visibility and establishing thought leadership in the affiliate marketing space. </li>
<li>Ownership: Own and manage the overall annual marketing budget, alongside Involve’s marketing calendar to ensure timeliness of campaigns and initiatives across all channels </li>
<li>Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team by defining clear marketing objectives and KPIs, while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.</li>
