🎯 About the Role

Just graduated and ready to dive into the fast-paced world of esports, events, and project management? We’re looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to join our team at IO Esports — no experience needed, just the right mindset. We’ll train you and guide you every step of the way.

🔧 What You'll Do

• Help plan and execute marketing campaigns, esports tournaments, and client events
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and international clients (especially China-based)
• Keep projects on track — handle timelines, budgets, and progress updates
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English, Malay, and Mandarin
   

Job Requirements

🌟 What We're Looking For

• Fresh grads are welcome! Degree in Mass Comm, Marketing, Event Mgmt or similar
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay (must-have to work with China-based clients)
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Willing to learn, adapt fast, and work well in a team
• Bonus: Any event/project experience during uni or internships
