Job Description
Join IO Esports as a League Operations Intern! Dive into the fast-paced world of esports, assisting in the execution of tournaments and ensuring smooth operations from start to finish. You’ll work closely with teams, players, and production staff to bring events to life while gaining hands-on experience in the core of esports management.
Responsibilities:

-Assist in organizing and managing esports tournaments.
-Monitor live events, enforcing rules and addressing any issues.
-Coordinate team schedules, player rosters, and match setups.
-Support in updating tournament databases and post-event reporting.
-Communicate with teams and ensure smooth tournament flow.
Job Requirements

-Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Sports Management, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
-Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
-Passionate about esports.
-Knowledge of basic tournament structures and rules is an advantage.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with teams, players, and production staff.
