1. Digital Content & Social Media Management

• Help create a content calendar and develop compelling posts for our social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to showcase our services and case studies.
• Write content for website updates, blog articles, and email newsletters, concentrating on subjects like web design trends, SEO techniques, and e-commerce growth.
• Oversee social media channels and interact with followers, professionally addressing comments and inquiries.

1. Market Research & Lead Generation Support

• Carry out market research to find potential clients (SMEs, Corporates) in Malaysia who need web development or digital marketing services.
• Analyze industry competitors, evaluate their marketing approaches, and uncover new prospects for ioweb.my.
• Support the Business Development team by creating introductory presentation materials and compiling a list of qualified sales leads.

Job Requirements

1. Campaign & Data Analysis

• Assist in the setup and execution of email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads and highlighting specific services.
• Gather and monitor essential performance indicators (such as website traffic, lead form submissions, and email engagement rates) through Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
• Provide administrative assistance, which includes updating the CRM system and generating weekly marketing activity reports.

1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Support

• Support on-page SEO activities, including conducting keyword research for new blog posts and enhancing existing website content.
• Help in monitoring and tracking the website's search engine rankings to aid in achieving our digital visibility objectives.
