Job Description
- To review, assess and ensure the adoption of emerging accounting standards such as International Accounting Standards.
- To ensure presence of an effective control/verification on financial statements at the plantations.
- To coordinate with internal functions and carry out the preparation and generation of budgets in accordance with budget parameters set by the sector management.
- To carry out performance monitoring of the plantation and mill operations. The job holder will have to carry out detailed variance analysis, identifying causes, evaluating and monitoring corrective action.
- To supervise payment flows, maintain a correct balance between stock creditors and fund flows.
- To ensure that an effective risk management process and a sound control environment exist at the plantations and ensure compliance at all time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/certified is mandatory).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial reporting, tax planning, and compliance with Indonesia GAAP.
- At least 5 years of senior management experience in finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems (e.g., SAP/ERP).
- Solid experience in handling tax matters.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Possess good working attitude, interpersonal and leadership skills.
