Job Description
- Assist in the day-to-day financial operations including data entry and process journal to ensure all business transactions (AR, AP & GL) are recorded on timely basis
- To ensure safekeeping of relevant accounting documents (e.g. invoice, contract documents) and administrative matters
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly reports and statutory financial statements
- Assist in preparation and compilations of financial budget
- Assist in tracking and reviewing the monthly metrics (e.g. KPI or data points) and performance
- Handle management account and accounting transactions
- To liaise with external auditors and tax agents
- Assist in any ad-hoc projects and assignments
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or a related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and finance field
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Possess good knowledge in accounting standards
- Good command in English and communication skills
- Committed with strong sense of responsibility and able to work and complete job within deadline
- Experience in SAP system and project management are added advantage
