Job Description
- Filing of payment vouchers.
- Assist in preparation of payments for booking fees refund or transfer.
- Assist in prepare accounting data entry for bank receipts and payments.
- Assist in key in claims & supplier invoices.
- Assist in preparation of WHT submission for payment to non-resident.
- Ad hoc request as and when required.
- Prepare All File Working
- Create Payment Voucher and Commission List (Collection & Auto Advance)
- Export Payment Voucher (By month & by batch)
- Assist on the software matter
- Ad Hoc as per request
