Job Description
- Retain floor operating basics and fundamentals
- Understand all position flow and SOP, perform all roles of service positions
- Takes order from customer, key-in order in the POS system with accuracy. Follow up with the customer during and after dining
- Understand the floor layout, table number and operations
- Willing to do housekeeping automatically, keep and maintain the workplace clean and organise all the time
