Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure timely submission of SST and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.
• Maintain accurate records and proper documentation.
• Follow up and chase payment from customers, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.
• Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, including forecasting and budgeting support.
• Assist management with financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting when required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting.
• Knowledge of any Accounting Software is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge are welcome.
