Job Description
- Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure timely submission of SST and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.
- Maintain accurate records and proper documentation.
- Follow up and chase payment from customers, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.
- Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, including forecasting and budgeting support.
- Assist management with financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting when required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting.
- Knowledge of any Accounting Software is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
- Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge are welcome.
