Administrative & Finance Support:

• ⁠ ⁠Provide administrative assistance to the management team.
• ⁠ ⁠Assist with invoicing, billing, and financial record-keeping.
• ⁠ ⁠Payment follow ups with customers.
• ⁠ ⁠Process financial claims and documentation work.
• ⁠ ⁠Process financial payments to vendors & suppliers
• ⁠ ⁠Cooperate with accountant on financial records & book keeping

HR & Payroll:

• ⁠ ⁠Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
• ⁠ ⁠Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

How to become the most suitable candidate?

• Miminium Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource, Accounting, Finance or any business related courses.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
