Job Description

 Job Summary: 

Responsible for processing customer transactions accurately, maintaining cash integrity, and delivering excellent customer service in line with Buraqmart standards. 

Key Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Process customer purchases quickly and accurately using POS systems. 
• Handle cash, credit card, and e-wallet transactions securely. 
• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift. 
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization at checkout counters, outlet floors, toilet and surroundings. 
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. 
• Ensure all promotions and discounts are applied correctly. 
• Assist with stocking shelves and merchandising when required. 
• Assist in monthly stock take and checking on expired items and make sure follow FIFO standard. 
• Adhere to Buraqmart SOPs for transaction handling. 

Job Requirements

 Job Specification:  

•  PMR, SPM or equivalent qualification. 
•  Experience in cashiering or customer service preferred. 
•  Basic math skills and attention to detail.  
•  Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
