Delivery Driver at Zaiyadal Trading Sdn Bhd

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for delivering daily goods to customers and picking up goods/items when needed. Delivery driver must transport goods in a safe and timely manner. Delivery driver should be thorough in ensuring goods are properly fulfilled, committed to work safety, and passionate about satisfying clients. Also to assist dally day-to-day activities in operation and non-operation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers, clients, or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Responsible with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Responsible with picking up item/goods from the supplier.
• Accepting payments for delivered items (For cash on delivery items).
• Be able to provide an excellent customer service in answering questions and handling complaints from clients or customers.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record (Mandatory to have a driving license).
• Support and assist in other non-operational activities.

Job Requirements

Job Requirement:

1. Have a valid driving license with D class (Bonus to have GDL)

2. Good attitude with a polite manner.

3. Have a strong time management skill.

4. Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures and transportation law.

5. Ability to walk, lift and carry heavy item. 

6. Have a good customer service skill.

7. Attention to detail.

8. Being able to work exceeds working hours/schedule.
