Job Description

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely deliver bottled water and related products to customers according to the assigned delivery schedule.
• Load and unload bottled water cartons carefully, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Collect delivery orders, invoices, and obtain customer acknowledgements or signatures.
• Handle cash or delivery documents accurately and submit them to the office as required.
• Ensure the delivery vehicle is kept clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
• Perform basic daily vehicle checks and report any issues or defects immediately.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
• Maintain good customer service and represent the company professionally during deliveries.
• Assist with warehouse or stock-related tasks when required.
• Support ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors or management.

Job Requirements

Education

• Minimum SPM qualification.

Experience

• 1–2 years experience as a delivery driver, preferably in FMCG / bottled water distribution.
• Experience handling heavy goods is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of local routes and navigation.
• Physically fit to load and unload bottled water cartons.
• Responsible, punctual, and reliable.
• Basic communication and record-keeping skills.

Other Requirements

• Must have a valid driving licence (Class D); GDL is a plus.
• Clean driving record.
