Job Description

1. Update our internal databases with new employee imformation, including contact details and employment forms.
2. Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts.
3. Screen resumes and application forms.
4. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
5. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, career pages and social networks.
6. Assist in prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
7. Perform administrative tasks to support of HC initiatives.
8. Prepare relevant HC documents using Mirosoft Office i.e. word, excel and powerpoint.
9. Assist in daily office operations work, e.g. filing, photocopying, telephone and any other as required.
10. Assume responsibility of other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Disciplined, responsible, and punctual
• Willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Able to handle confidential information with integrity
• Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
