Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Admin Intern to join our Legal Department. This internship offers hands-on experience in corporate legal administration by supporting the team with document management, legal filing, administrative tasks, and day-to-day legal operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and correspondence.
• Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of legal documents, contracts, and company records.
• Support the Legal team with administrative tasks, including data entry and document tracking.
• Assist in preparing meeting minutes and follow up on legal documentation.
• Conduct basic legal research when required.
• Liaise with internal departments to obtain documents and information.
• Ensure the confidentiality of legal documents and company information.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Legal Manager or Supervisor.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Good communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and pay attention to detail.
