Quality Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Intern to join our Quality Department. The intern will support the department in maintaining quality documentation, ISO 9001:2015 requirements, internal audit activities, training, and other quality-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and updating ISO 9001:2015 documents, including Quality Manuals, procedures, forms, and process flows.
• Maintain document control registers and ensure proper version control.
• Organize and maintain quality records and documentation.
• Follow up with relevant departments regarding document submissions and updates.
• Assist in coordinating internal audit activities.
• Support the collection and preparation of documents and evidence for audits.
• Monitor corrective action and follow-up activities.
• Assist in organizing ISO and SOP awareness or training sessions.
• Prepare training and attendance records.
• Assist in preparing documentation for certification audits.
• Support management review meeting preparations.
• Perform other quality-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Internship Details

• Location: Bukit Jelutong, Selangor
• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Internship Duration: More than 6 months preferred
• Internship Allowance:800 - 1000

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree student.
•  Students from Quality, Business, Management, Legal, Education, or related fields are encouraged to apply. 
• Preferably in the final semester/year with an internship duration of more than 6 months.
• No prior work experience is required.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
