Job Description

Job Summary: 

  • To support the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across traditional and digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and contribute towards the achievement of business objectives for IPTB Sdn Bhd and Buraqmart Sdn Bhd.
  • Reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
  • Maintains a dotted reporting line to Group Corporate Communication & Digital Marketing for brand alignment and campaign coordination.
  • Supports marketing activities across assigned brands and business units.
  • Coordinates with internal departments and external vendors to execute approved marketing initiatives in accordance with brand guidelines and timelines.

Key Responsibilities and Duties: 

  1. MARKETING EXECUTION
  • Assist in implementing marketing plans and campaign activities.
  • Coordinate execution of approved campaigns within set timelines.
  • Support in preparing campaign briefs and materials

2. TRADITIONAL MARKETING

  • Coordinate events, roadshows, exhibitions, sponsorships, and in-store promotions.
  • Manage production of marketing collaterals (brochures, banners, POS materials, etc.).
  • Liaise with printers, suppliers, media partners, and event organisers.

3. DIGITAL MARKETING

  • Plan, develop, and execute digital content strategies aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Create and produce engaging content including social media posts, visuals, short-form videos (Reels/TikTok), captions, and marketing copy.
  • Perform basic photography and videography for marketing campaigns, events, product shoots, and promotional activities.
  • Edit photos and videos using relevant software to ensure quality and brand consistency.
  • Manage and maintain company social media platforms, ensuring regular posting and audience engagement.
  • Execute and monitor digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  • Track, analyse, and report digital campaign performance, providing recommendations for content improvement and optimisation.
  • Ensure website and digital platform content remains updated, relevant, and aligned with branding. 

4. BRANDING SUPPORT

  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all marketing materials.
  • Support internal and external communication initiatives as required.

5. REPORTING & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

  • Prepare marketing performance and post-campaign reports.
  • Monitor marketing expenditure against allocated budgets.
  • Maintain proper documentation of marketing activities and materials. 

Job Requirements

 Job Specification: 

  1. Qualification:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or any related field.

2. Work Experience:

  • Minimum 3-6 years of relevant working experience in marketing.
  • Exposure to both traditional and digital marketing is preferred.
  • Experience in campaign coordination and digital advertising platforms is an added advantage.

3. Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and social media performance metrics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) will be an advantage.
  • Basic photography and videography skills for content creation will be an added advantage.

4. Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organisational and project coordination abilities.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and analytical.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
