Job Description

 Areas of Responsibility 

• QMS Management: Develop, implement and maintaining QMS processes and procedures to ensure alignment with ISO 9001 standards and regulatory requirements 
• Audits and Compliance: Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal quality audits and support third-party certification audits. This includes identifying compliance gaps and working with process owners to ensure all processes adhere to quality standard. 
• Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA): Investigate non-conformities, customer complaints and quality issues to determine root causes and develop, implement and verify the effectiveness of corrective and prevention actions 
• Documentation and Control: Oversee the creation, review and control of documented information within the QMS, such as quality manuals, procedures, work instructions and forms to ensure accuracy and compliance 
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics to evaluate QMS performance and report on its effectiveness to top management during review 
• Training and Awareness: Train and educate employee on quality control processes, procedure and their roles and responsibilities within the QMS to foster a quality culture throughout the organization  
• Supplier Quality: Participate in evaluating and auditing suppliers to establish quality requirement and ensure the quality of incoming materials and components  
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancement and lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement within the QMS. 

Job Requirements

Qualifications required to apply 

• Degree in engineering (preferably electrical) or business-related field. 
• At least 1 year experience in a related role. 
• Strong knowledge of: QMS / TQM, ISO 9001:2015, Six Sigma and Internal audit & incoming inspection. 
• Good skills in: Communication & report writing, Organization & presentation, Leadership & analytical thinking and Computer literate
