IPTB Sdn Bhd (“IPTB”) is a wholly owned company of Zaiyadal Sdn Bhd (“ZSB”) through its investment arm of Infratrans, who owns 80% of the Company’s equity share and the balance 20% is owned directly by ZSB.
IPTB, in the last 16 years, has been providing customers in the rural and sub-urban areas in the Northern States and East Malaysia with the BURAQOIL petroleum products – Petrol RON 95 and Diesel B7. The business is primarily distributing fuel to more than 200 BURAQOIL mini stations for domestic usage. 
BURAQOIL, with its existing 200 stations, will continue to increase sales by expanding its BURAQOIL dealers and stations in strategic locations. At the same time, BURAQOIL will strengthen its product branding and enhance customers experience at BURAQOIL stations and its convenient stores (Buraqmart)

<li>QMS Management: Develop, implement and maintaining QMS processes and procedures to ensure alignment with ISO 9001 standards and regulatory requirements&nbsp;</li>
<li>Audits and Compliance: Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal quality audits and support third-party certification audits. This includes identifying compliance gaps and working with process owners to ensure all processes adhere to quality standard.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA): Investigate non-conformities, customer complaints and quality issues to determine root causes and develop, implement and verify the effectiveness of corrective and prevention actions&nbsp;</li>
<li>Documentation and Control: Oversee the creation, review and control of documented information within the QMS, such as quality manuals, procedures, work instructions and forms to ensure accuracy and compliance&nbsp;</li>
<li>Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics to evaluate QMS performance and report on its effectiveness to top management during review&nbsp;</li>
<li>Training and Awareness: Train and educate employee on quality control processes, procedure and their roles and responsibilities within the QMS to foster a quality culture throughout the organization&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Supplier Quality: Participate in evaluating and auditing suppliers to establish quality requirement and ensure the quality of incoming materials and components&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancement and lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement within the QMS.&nbsp;</li>
